PRESENTER - KYMBERLY LOUISE, BEHAVIOURAL SCIENTIST
This session is intended for all school staff working with students or involved in planning, program or policy development for student wellbeing when working with students with intellectual disability. This session will provide information and learning about developing successful strategies to support students with Intellectual Disability, Down syndrome, or Developmental Delay.
Learning outcomes for this workshop include:
- Successfully using visuals, scheduling, prompting, differentiation etc to promote successful and independent learning
For those interested learning about supporting behaviour, we are offering a comprehensive set of 2 full-day workshops that will allow you to conduct a functional behaviour assessment for your student (March 15th & 29th).
